CdS Ancestrale Wine Tour

The visit starts with a breathtaking panorama from the top of the Medieval tower where we’ll introduce you to the history and geography of the area and give you an overview of the biodiverse landscape where our vineyards are located.
Next, we’ll visit our cellar and tell you about our gentle winemaking approach, based on celebrating the diversity and the particularity of each vintage in every step of the journey from grape berries to wines. The visit end in the cozyness of our shop in the heart of the castle’s court. Here, you’ll be guided in the tasting of 3 Stefanago Ancestrale Spumante wines.
N.B. The tower overview could be replaced by a different location in case of adverse weather conditions. For security reasons, access to the tower is restricted for pets and children under the age of 14.
